The Global Brand Experience (GBX) team brings Snap’s brands to life, while reinforcing what we stand for as a company — real friendship, free and authentic expression, human-centered design, and a playful irreverence. The team does this globally through in-person and virtual experiences for our clients & partners, current and future employees and our community of creators and users. The GBX team’s mission is to educate our broader community on Snap’s brands by creating opportunities to connect with them on a more emotional level. We’re looking for a Global Brand Experience Lead to join the Global Brand Experience team at Snap Inc! Working from our Riyadh office, you’ll play an important role in bringing Snapchat’s brand to life in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners and vendors, to develop and execute events and experiences.
What you’ll do:
Partner closely with the Head of GBX MENA to shape and execute the regional brand experience strategy.
Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact events, activations, and programs across the Middle East, with a primary focus on KSA.
Build and deliver a regional roadmap of experiences that bring Snap’s products, technology, and innovation to life.
Identify strategic opportunities to showcase Snapchat’s priorities, new products, and creative solutions through inspiring activations that drive client engagement and revenue growth.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success metrics, in collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Comms, and other cross-functional teams.
Manage end-to-end execution — from ideation and creative development to logistics, production, branding, and on-site delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, vendors, agencies, and production partners across KSA.
Manage the budget tracking and financial management for GBX MENA initiatives.
Measure and optimize event ROI, ensuring clear business impact and alignment with company priorities.
What we're looking for
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing and producing large-scale events or experiential activations.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
