Almarai has expanded its product range to include, in addition to dairy products, juices and beverages, baked goods, poultry, infant formula, dates, fish and seafood, and bottled water, under more than 20 brands such as Almarai, L’usine, 7DAYS, ALYOUM, Nuralac, Farm’s Select, Ice Leaf, Almira, Seama, Oska, IVAL, Almara Pro, Premier Chef, Bakemart, and others. Almarai currently employs over 43,000 Quality Makers, across the GCC, Egypt & Jordan. In 2025, Almarai reported net income of SAR 2.4 billion on sales of SAR 22 billion. About the Role: To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance. Manage & monitor performance of Supervisors to ensure all areas deliver the targeted volume & margin. Achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Fresh, Foods, Juice & UHT products to deliver company’s targeted profit. Achieve the distribution target on a week-to-week basis in all trade channels as per the recommended product portfolio to optimize the sales & increase market share. Monitor and ensure that the orders of all products are in line with the market demand to control wastage & optimize sales. Ensure that all customers comply with company credit policy to avoid any financial loss.
