Role Responsibilities
Collect and analyze macro-economics, industry, and target market information to forecast the market size of commercial HVAC applied chillers / heat pumps (Air-cooled, Water -cooled, and Centrifugal type)
Perform competitive analysis
Conduct voice of channel and voice of customer
Set key performance indicators for products
Collect and track regional/country regulatory trends (related to but not limited to refrigerants, minimum efficiency, building codes, etc.)
Provide forecasts and inputs for business case development
Support new product initiatives through staged gate development process
Develop and execute product launch plans
Work with marketing team to develop marketing collateral (videos, papers, digital content, sales tools)
Conduct new product training, communicates product and system strategies
Manage new product introduction action tracker
Support pre-sale customer visits (at Carrier factories and field sites) including meeting with customers and providing technical presentations
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of related industry experience
- HVAC industry experience including commercial sales, product management &/or application engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers at various levels within an organization
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- The position will require 25% of regional & international travel.
