About the role
The Quality Engineer will ensure that all construction projects meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role will involve the development, implementation, and continual improvement of quality assurance processes, along with overseeing inspections and compliance audits to reduce defects and enhance project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance processes specific to construction projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits on job sites to ensure conformance to quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to identify quality deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to stakeholders and management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements during all phases of construction.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality assurance practices.
- Experience with quality control tools and methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for monitoring quality indicators and conducting audits.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with project teams and stakeholders.
