Rolling Stock Lead Engineer

To lead the engineering and technical oversight of rolling stock systems, ensuring high reliability, safety, and efficiency through optimized maintenance strategies, technical analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with international standards, integrating emerging technologies to enhance asset performance. Collaborate with safety teams to maintain compliance with emergency systems, fire safety, and critical safety features. Ensure maintenance activities align with safety documentation and operational standards.
