About the role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales and business development of Pumps Aftermarket to key Power & Energy End Users, within Iraq, Yemen and Jordan.
The Regional Sales Manager – Pumps Aftermarket will be responsible for driving sales growth, market development, and customer engagement for aftermarket products and services across Iraq, Jordan and Yemen. The role focuses on expanding market share, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth within the Power, Oil & Gas, Water, and Industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will lead business development activities for pump aftermarket solutions including spare parts, repairs, upgrades, reverse engineering, replacement pumps, engineered solutions, and field services.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies to grow the Pumps Aftermarket business across assigned territories.
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key end users, EPC contractors, channel partners, and service providers.

- Analyses and interprets common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Must be able to define the problem, assess the risks, and develop recommendations for action plans. Furthermore, must be able to execute the action plan, focus and guide others to accomplish the plan and drive change where necessary.
