Overview Of The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for an assigned portfolio across our UAE operations. In this role, you will drive sales performance, lead and develop branch-based sales teams, and ensure the consistent application of company standards, processes, and customer service excellence. You will play a key role in achieving business targets while creating a high-performance culture aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
What we're looking for
- You should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of sales experience, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
- A strong track record of achieving targets, managing teams, and driving customer satisfaction will set you up for success in this role.
- Candidates with experience in automotive or retail sales environments and a passion for leading people and delivering results will be well suited for this opportunity.
- An understanding of both English and Arabic is an advantage.
