About the role
The role is responsible for driving CBUAE regulation and WPS sales growth by setting strategic targets, developing data‑driven sales plans, and leading a high‑performing team to acquire new business and retain key customers. It ensures sustainable revenue expansion through effective team leadership, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization of sales performance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Establish clear and achievable consumer products sales targets for self and team based on market research and company objectives.
Monitor progress against these targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to reach new customers and retain existing ones.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team of 12 representatives, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, providing regular performance feedback and conducting quarterly reviews.
Forecast future sales volumes and market trends accurately to inform business planning and resource allocation.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and pricing structures, resulting in accelerated market entry and profitability.
Identify and capitalize on new profit avenues, exceeding sales targets through strategic acquisitions and contract negotiations.
Champion brand strategy and market positioning, achieving significant market share growth and sustainable business impact.
Optimize cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, accounting, and finance teams to ensure delivery of comprehensive service solutions.
Administer budget allocation within the department, ensuring strategic investment and adherence to financial guidelines.
Establish a culture of excellence and accountability by setting challenging goals, providing regular performance feedback, and fostering a supportive and efficient work environment through effective leadership and regular team engagements
Oversee and coach sales team to optimize team performance for multi-currency sales.
