B2B Sales Manager, KSA
Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
ONSITEfull-time8,000 – 13,000
About the role
As B2B Sales Manager, KSA, you will own Flow's corporate housing and relocation business across the Kingdom. You will be the senior commercial relationship for HR leaders, global mobility teams, and procurement at the largest employers in Saudi Arabia — from giga-projects and government-linked entities to multinationals, consulting firms, and fast-scaling local champions bringing talent into the country. This is a senior individual contributor role for a hunter-closer who can open doors at the executive level, structure multi-unit, multi-year agreements, and translate Flow's living experience into a compelling solution for companies relocating and housing their people. You will carry a personal quota, work an enterprise-style pipeline, and act as the voice of the corporate customer inside Flow.
Responsibilities
Pipeline & New Business Development:
Identify, prioritize, and pursue target accounts across KSA — including giga-projects, government and semi-government entities, multinationals, consulting and professional services firms, and fast-growing local employers with significant mobility needs.
Build and own a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry events, networking, partnerships with relocation management companies (RMCs), and referrals.
Lead full cycle sales: discovery, solution design, site visits, proposals, commercial negotiation, and contract close.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a meaningful portion selling into HR, global mobility, procurement, or C-suite buyers at large enterprises.
- Direct experience in corporate housing, serviced apartments, extended-stay hospitality, relocation services, or commercial/residential real estate selling to corporate accounts. Adjacent enterprise sales backgrounds will be considered for the right profile.
- Deep, current network across KSA — HR and mobility leaders, RMCs, giga-project employers, and major multinationals operating in the Kingdom.
- Proven track record carrying and exceeding individual quota on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong commercial instincts: comfortable structuring multi-unit agreements, negotiating MSAs, and defending pricing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic fluency is strongly preferred and a meaningful advantage for this role.
- Familiarity with the KSA regulatory and business environment, including Saudization, Iqama, and the dynamics of doing business with government-linked entities.
- A builder's mindset — comfortable operating without a fully built playbook in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
