The Role
As a Sales Manager - Electrical Induction Motors you will be responsible for supporting procurement operations activities across locations.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth and market development of LV electrical induction motors across assigned regions and industries. This role involves managing Partners, Distributors, Key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with engineering and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Location- – Saudi Arabia ( Dammam) or UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai)
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in industries such as oil & gas, power, water, mining, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
Expand market penetration through distributor networks, EPCs, OEMs, and end-users.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in industrial electrical equipment, with at least 2 years in motors, drives, or rotating machines.
- Proven track record of managing Partner & Distributor business.
- Strong network with EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial end-users.
