About the role
We are looking for someone to fully own and scale our Fashion & Beauty Categories.
This is a true end-to-end category ownership role. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across both sides of the marketplace — expanding the merchant network and accelerating customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue within the Fashion & Beauty vertical.
You will lead category strategy, execution, commercial performance, and cross-functional alignment to ensure strong P&L performance and long-term category success.
Category Ownership & Strategy
Define and execute the Fashion, Beauty and Jewelry categories growth strategy.
Own the full P&L;, including revenue targets, margin management, and pricing strategy.
Identify white spaces, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning within the category.
What we're looking for
- Own the Fashion & Beauty marketing calendar in coordination with Marketing.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional activations, and peak events.
- Ensure strong visibility and performance during key retail moments.
