About the role

The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across Egypt and Libya for a portfolio of small industrial machines and manufacturing commodities. The role focuses on developing strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales expertise, regional market exposure, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles with multinational and large-scale industrial clients. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities across Egypt and Libya Expand the company's customer base within the manufacturing and industrial sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives Sales Management Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements Monitor sales performance and ensure sustainable revenue growth

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within industrial, manufacturing, packaging, or machinery sectors
  • Strong exposure to multinational business environments is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing regional markets, preferably Egypt and/or Libya
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage technical and consultative sales processes
  • Excellent business development and key account management capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Egypt and Libya
  • Good command of English is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
