Sales Dispatcher

Ensure delivery process efficiency while adhering to performance measurement standards. Responsibilities Ensure orders are delivered properly and in good condition. Conduct meetings with delivery representatives and discuss daily performance summaries. Review delayed delivery reports with each pre-sell representative. Ensure optimal utilization of the distribution fleet. Be responsible for loading efficiency to guarantee accurate deliveries. Work on updating route plans regularly. Monitor and follow up on assigned customer routes. Support continuous improvement of route plans and tools through market insights and gained experience. Ensure sales tools are aligned with business needs and operational plans. Manage cooler placements (in wholesale sales cases). Contribute to training, coaching, and the implementation of health and safety programs in the market.
