About the role
We are seeking for the Marketing Lead – Industrial Solutions responsible for all the industrial water treatment segments in MEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of the regional market segment growth strategies that are aligned with the overall global growth segment strategies, the delivery of actionable marketing plans, developing/expanding and actively managing the innovation pipeline and new product launch.
As a Marketing Lead you will provide the vision for the industry in MEA and will be responsible for the execution of the growth strategies in the region in collaboration with the commercial, application and technical teams.
Solenis LLC is seeking an experienced marketing professional with strong knowledge of the Industrial Water Treatment market to help drive growth of our Industrial Water Technologies business. The role will report directly to the MEA Regional Marketing Director - Industrial Solutions & Food and Beverage.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering, business or a related field
- Experience in Refinery and Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry, Water Treatment and/or in a chemical service company will be a high advantage
- Experience in Sales and Marketing roles
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, effective internal communication, ensuring relevant information reaches key stakeholders
- Fast autonomous learner, comfortable with technology, chemistry, and sustainability
- Complex problem-solving and project management skills
- Good organizational and planning skills with attention to process and detail
- Strong business sense and analytical skills
- Confidence in presenting ideas and driving projects
- Results-driven with a focus on creating value for customers, passionate about customer value aligned with their values and strategy
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a highly engaged team
