About the role
The Enterprise Sales Acquisition (B2B) will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing high-value corporate, enterprise, and mega merchant accounts. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring long-term client success through Paymob’s innovative payment solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and acquire new corporate, enterprise, and mega merchant accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Present and promote Paymob’s payment solutions to potential clients.
Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value deals.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and account updates through CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or enterprise acquisition.
- Strong experience in handling corporate and enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payments industry is a plus.
- Very good command of English.
