About the Role We are looking for Relationship Officer Tele sales to ensure that allocated targets are consistently met while maintaining high service standards and promoting cross-selling of products. What You Will Be Doing: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote banking products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Submission of all records/documents are error free and accurate. Awareness of all products and provide information in an engaging manner to customers. Maintain effective business relationship with customers. Ensure proper handover in case of absence, for business continuity. Provide continuous market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product enhancement. Maximize cross sell of all banking products. Follow up on all customer conversions and ensure closure as per TAT to avoid any complaints. All leads and complaints to be closed within TAT as per SQ guidelines. Achieve or exceed monthly assigned sales targets. Follow scripts and ensure telephone etiquette as per SQ standards. Follow up closely on prospective leads for closure. Maintain Quality service by following organization standards and policies. Conform the requirements of RAKBANK’s Quality Management System. What You Should Have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Sales in UAE market will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products.
