Branch Sales Officer

Execute branch tasks related to new business with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring excellent customer experience. Promote and sell appropriate financial products to meet assigned sales targets. Provide expert guidance and information to customers while upholding the Staff Code of Conduct. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager to support branch operations. Adhere to Business Continuity Management (BCM) protocols and undergo relevant training. Foster relationships with internal departments and customers to support business objectives. Strict compliance to the Branch Governance Charter and service standards. Follow Operating Procedures and ensure consistent orientation to them. Deliver assigned sales tasks with precision and within set timelines, ensuring excellent customer service. Support branch operations under the supervision of the Line Manager, adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer experience.
