About the role
The Corporate Sales Advisor plays a key role in Acquiring new corporate client portfolio by promoting comprehensive employee benefits solutions, including medical, life, and pension insurance. This role focuses on acquiring new business while ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with company standards. The advisor acts as a trusted consultant to corporate clients, helping them design benefit programs that meet organizational needs and foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Identify and engage potential corporate clients across various industries.
Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and quotations to new corporate clients.
Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team goals.
Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate with insurance company operations teams to ensure timely policy issuance.
Negotiate new sales contracts under the guidance of senior advisors.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Selling & Portfolio Expansion
Work with insurance providers and internal teams to ensure accurate quotations, product customization, and timely delivery of proposals.
Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
Maintain regular contact with clients to support retention and promote cross-selling options.
