About the role

This is a phone-first outbound sales role focused on starting conversations, qualifying interest, and booking meetings. You will speak with business owners and senior stakeholders, handle objections, and convert call activity into qualified opportunities. Success depends on pace, resilience, structured call discipline, and clean tracking of outcomes. Key Responsibilities Cold Calling Execution – Make consistent daily outbound calls to generate qualified conversations. Decision-Maker Outreach – Reach founders and senior stakeholders and pitch clearly. Objection Handling – Respond calmly to pushback and keep conversations moving forward. Meeting Booking – Convert interest into booked discovery calls with clear next steps. Call Notes & Tracking – Log calls accurately and maintain clean records of outcomes. Script Iteration – Improve talk tracks based on what works and share learnings.

What we're looking for

  • Cold Calling Experience – Proven experience making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Fluent English – C2-level spoken English with a confident, professional tone.
  • Sales Mindset – Comfortable with targets, conversion goals, and performance accountability.
  • Communication Skills – Clear, persuasive communicator with strong listening skills.
  • Resilience – Able to handle rejection and keep performance consistent.
  • Organisation – Strong time management and accurate call outcome tracking.
  • Remote Readiness – Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional phone setup.
