About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and promoting IT infrastructure and technology solutions tailored to client needs.
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, technical understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct client meetings and onsite visits to understand technical and business requirements.
Promote and sell IT infrastructure solutions including networking, cybersecurity, servers, storage, data center solutions, and related services.
Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to provide suitable client solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical/commercial presentations.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience managing Oil & Gas sector accounts.
- Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure solutions.
- Experience selling networking, cybersecurity, and data center solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
