Beheira Field Sales Manager

This role is accountable for leading, motivating and setting strategic direction for Beheira across Impulse, Wholesale and New Business channels covering all categories (Chocolate, Wrigley, Pet Food & Gum) in field sales. This role requires someone who possesses solid standing alone capability with no mobility issues as this is the sales manager role that will be based in Beheira. Working closely with key stakeholders it will build field sales capability to ensure excellent execution across all channels and customer portfolio and delivery of perfect store ambitions. Grounded in the overall field sales strategy, this role will develop channel strategy and develop effective coverage and execution strategies to achieve optimal points of distribution and deliver quality of displays which support business and category growth. This role will be responsible for building a highly performing team , contribute to the development and execution of the overall field sales vision , strategy and inspire the team to deliver it.
