What You’ll Do Increase VF market share acquiring new accounts and achieving the Quota. Making sure the adherence to VF policies and procedures. People Training calendar plan. Ongoing positive feedback and coaching. Providing the Team members with all the requirements (Handsets, Lines, Offers, Business cards & Letter Heads designed...). Avoid any OOS. Smooth and easy communication with VF channels. Maintain proper and consistent cross operation within all channels. Ensure bullet proof operational processes to guarantee the success of our business model. Ongoing coaching and monitoring of performance for direct reporters. Develop succession plan for individual team members. Periodical meetings with staff. Develop and uphold corporation governance. Accurate and timely reporting of sales numbers for all team members. Ensure delivery against KPI's.
