About the role
Our Employer Branding team drives campaigns that attract top talent to Revolut. From creative concepts to digital campaigns and in-person events, they tell authentic stories about what it’s like to work here and why the brightest minds should join us.
We're looking for an Employer Branding Manager to develop and lead strategies that position Revolut as a top destination for talent globally. You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition, Social Media, and Design teams to bring impactful projects ideas to life.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading various end-to-end employer branding campaigns
Planning, delivering, and attending in-person events across global locations, creating memorable experiences for candidates
Overseeing high-priority hiring streams, developing core messaging and aligning with hiring goals
Creating and delivering bold campaigns that strengthen Revolut’s brand as a forward-thinking employer
Supporting the creation of engaging content that highlights our culture through dynamic storytelling
Driving innovation by exploring new tools, formats, and technology
Pushing boundaries to improve performance while staying true to our global brand and purpose
Understanding audience insights and translating them into effective campaigns and content
