About the role
Develop and execute the entity's overall media and communications strategy
Oversee content production across digital, social media, video, and broadcast channels
Manage relationships with broadcasters, media partners, sponsors, and external agencies
Lead and mentor the media and content team, ensuring high-quality output across all platforms
Monitor media performance, audience engagement, and content analytics to optimise strategyaced, high-profile environments
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a senior media, communications, or content leadership role within sport, entertainment, or media industries
- Experience managing high-performing creative and media teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong network across media, broadcast, and sports industries is advantageous
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-profile environments
