About the role
As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Rize, you will be the voice and personality of the brand across the digital landscape. You will act as a creative engine for the marketing team, turning brand goals into viral content and meaningful community interactions. Your role is to bridge the gap between "internet culture" and professional brand building, ensuring Rize stays relevant, engaging, and top-of-mind for its audience.
What will you be doing?
Creative Content Production: Assisting in the end-to-end creation of social media assets, from brainstorming visual concepts to writing witty, persuasive captions and creative copy.
Campaign Execution: Supporting the planning and "go-live" phases of marketing campaigns, ensuring content is posted on time and hits the right notes.
Trend & Competitor Analysis: Acting as a digital scout by monitoring TikTok, Instagram, and X trends, while keeping a close eye on what competitors are doing to keep Rize ahead of the curve.
Performance Tracking: Diving into the data to track engagement metrics (likes, shares, reach) to understand what the audience loves and how to improve future posts.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Working as a connective tissue between the Design and Marketing teams to transform raw ideas into polished, platform-specific content.

Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business.
Bilingual Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal skills in both Arabic and English, allowing you to craft messages for a diverse audience.
Platform Fluency: A deep, "native" understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and LinkedIn—knowing exactly what works on each.
The "Creative Spark": A passion for storytelling and a finger on the pulse of internet culture; you don't just use social media, you understand why things go viral.
Detail-Oriented Mindset: A creative eye that notices the small things, from a typo in a caption to the perfect color grade on a video.
Agility: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where trends change overnight and collaboration is key to success.
