As NCBs Brand Manager at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for hydration & energy categories within the PepsiCo portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, increase market share, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives. Your role will involve market analysis, brand positioning, product development, and marketing campaign management.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand management role in FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market research techniques
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing plans
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
