About the role
FabMinds is the technology company behind WandDo — our direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand. WandDo sells personalized, AI-designed, 3D printed products in Egypt: custom home accessories, apparel, office accessories, lighting units, and branded gifts, all delivered on demand with no minimum orders.
WandDo sells directly to consumers through paid media on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. The same production infrastructure also powers a fast-growing B2B corporate gifting vertical. Content is the engine behind both — and we are looking for a Content Lead who can run it at the highest level.
You will use AI tools daily, not occasionally. If you are not already integrating AI into ideation, scripting, creative briefing, and production, this role is not for you.
The Role
As Content Lead, you will own content strategy and execution across all paid and organic channels for WandDo (B2C) and FabMinds’ corporate gifting vertical (B2B). Your primary KPI is not content volume — it is content performance. CTR, hook rate, CVR, and ROAS on the B2C side; pipeline contribution and inquiry generation on the B2B side.
What You Will Do
Paid Ads Content — WandDo B2C (Primary Focus)
Write and produce scroll-stopping ad scripts and hooks for WandDo across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads — structured to retain attention through to purchase.
Develop seasonal content calendars around key gifting moments and campaign windows (Eid, Valentine’s, Ramadan, back to school, etc.).
Build a systematic creative testing framework — constantly generating new angles, hooks, and formats; scaling what wins, killing what doesn’t.
Partner with performance team to interpret results through a creative lens and feed fast iteration cycles.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in content, social, or brand marketing
- Proven ability to write hooks that stop the scroll and hold attention to conversion
- AI tools fluency in daily workflow (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok & Google Ads creative mechanics
- Experience with both B2C (impulse, emotional purchase) and B2B (trust, credibility) content
