The Digital Senior Manager leads end-to-end digital transformation and GenAI strategy engagements across GCC and NALP, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on technology-enabled business transformation. This role encompasses developing futuristic digital strategies, conducting digital maturity assessments, developing digital acquisition strategies, and crafting compelling value propositions for digital banking, super apps, and embedded finance platforms.
Beyond client delivery, the role drives business development through proposal contributions, identifies growth opportunities within accounts, contributes to thought leadership via publications and mentor junior consultants
This position requires deep expertise in GenAI, digital technologies, and consulting methodologies, combined with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. The role demands cultural fluency in GCC/NALP balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business impact while building the firm's digital practice reputation and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and strategy projects across multiple industries in GCC and NALP
Conduct digital maturity assessments, gap analysis, and comprehensive market research as input to digital strategy formulation
Own critical workstreams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs aligned to client expectations
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively
GenAI Strategy & Delivery
Lead the definition and execution of GenAI transformation strategies for clients across industries
Drive GenAI use case identification, prioritization, evaluation, and value modeling
Design AI operating models and establish Centers of Excellence (CoE) structures
Conduct AI maturity assessments and readiness evaluations
Define GenAI adoption metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
Lead GenAI capability-building workshops, hackathons, and change enablement programs
Stay current with LLM advancements, prompt engineering techniques, and emerging AI technologies
Digital Strategy, Digital Acquisition & Value Proposition
Develop comprehensive digital strategies aligned with client transformation objectives and business outcomes
Design digital operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps
Define and optimize digital acquisition strategies across owned, paid, and earned channels
Develop data-driven customer acquisition and retention frameworks
Craft compelling value propositions for digital products (e.g., digital banking, super apps, embedded finance, fintech platforms, e-commerce)
Lead design of omnichannel customer journeys and seamless experience orchestration
Business Development & Account Growth
Support proposal development and contribute to competitive bids
Contribute to firm's digital Points of View (PoVs), case studies, and marketing collateral
People Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and coach junior consultants, analysts, and associates on projects
Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance reviews
Support resource allocation and staffing decisions for engagements
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
What we're looking for
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
