Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients always. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' unique needs, conditions, and preferences. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and medication administration records, in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care practices, empowering them to actively participate in their care and make informed decisions. Adhere to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines to prevent the spread of infections and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to treatments and interventions, recognizing and promptly addressing any changes in their condition or unexpected complications.
