Job Title: UAE Social Studies Teacher Location: Al Ain UAE Recruitment Company: REAP HR & RECRUITMENT SERVICES Job Type: FullTime Start Date: Immediate Joiner Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified and passionate Social Studies Teacher to join a reputable school in Al Ain . The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Social Studies to students in Grade 6 to Grade 9 ensuring that students receive highquality engaging and culturally relevant lessons. This is a temporary role with the possibility of extension based on the schools needs. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor s degree in Social Studies Education or a related field. A recognized teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent) is preferred. ADEK Approval letter is preferred but not mandatory Experience: Minimum of 23 years of teaching experience in Social Studies at the middle school level to Secondary. Previous experience in UAE or GCC region is highly desirable but not essential. Experience in shortterm teaching contracts or maternity covers is a plus. Skills: Strong knowledge of Social Studies topics including History Geography and Civics. Excellent classroom management and organizational skills. Proficient in using technology and digital tools for teaching and learning. Ability to create engaging studentcentered lessons that promote critical thinking and discussion. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students parents and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan prepare and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons for Cycle 2 & 3 students. Teach various aspects of Social Studies including Geography History and Civics with an emphasis on global regional and UAEspecific topics. Incorporate diverse teaching methods including discussions multimedia projectbased learning and field trips (if applicable) to promote active learning and critic
