About the role
SSMC (Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City) is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse for Tower B-10 - Royal Suite in Abu Dhabi. This senior nursing role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional patient care delivery within our prestigious healthcare facility.
As the Charge Nurse, you will oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate patient flow, and manage administrative duties including staff scheduling and assignments. You will serve as the clinical resource for your unit, providing guidance and supervision to ensure all care meets the highest professional standards. Your leadership will directly contribute to maintaining SSMC's reputation for excellence in patient-centered healthcare.

What we're looking for
- Valid nursing license/certification in UAE or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare systems and clinical protocols
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Strong administrative skills including scheduling and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
