Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service position located in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound communications to assist customers, address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer support. The role requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Clear communication and efficient problem resolution will be pivotal responsibilities of this position. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction Excellent Phone Etiquette and ability to provide a seamless Customer Experience through effective communication Proficiency in English with solid written and verbal communication skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred Multitasking and organizational skills to manage customer interactions effectively
