Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Coordinator located in Cairo. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving client concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing the customer experience. The coordinator will work collaboratively with internal teams to manage communication with clients, address their needs efficiently, and contribute to operational excellence. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support Ability to enhance Customer Experience through empathy and understanding Strong verbal and written Communication skills Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus Familiarity with assistance, travel, health, or insurance sectors would be advantageous Availability to work on-site in Cairo Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service
