Raya Smart Buildings, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Marketing & Customer Experience Manager for its EV charging solutions company.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the company's growth strategy.
Create go-to-market strategies, software platforms, and service offerings.
Lead brand positioning and messaging, and conduct market segmentation, targeting, and positioning analysis.
Manage client relationships (CRM) process performance and call center team.
Support the sales team with presentations, product sheets, case studies, and competitive comparisons.
Work with technical teams to translate product features into customer value propositions.
Manage digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and online campaigns.
Track and optimize digital performance metrics, lead generation funnels, and marketing automation workflows and oversee content creation (blogs, videos, whitepapers, social media posts).
Manage PR activities, press releases, and media relationships; build the company's presence at industry exhibitions, events, and thought-leadership forums; and provide guidance on customer personas, product features, and customer value creation.
Analyze customer needs, competitor strategies, pricing benchmarks, and regulatory developments.
Support leadership with strategic presentations and reporting.
Skills
Technical skills
Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, energy, EV mobility, or infrastructure sectors.
Proficiency in managing digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO/SEM platforms).
CRM and marketing automation platform experience.
Ability to understand technical products and translate them into compelling marketing content.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market and data analysis.
