Job Description
The Marketing Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects across multiple channels. This role ensures timelines, resources, and communication are aligned so campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating between creative, marketing, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end marketing projects from brief to launchDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task trackersLiaise with internal teams (marketing, design, content, production) and external vendorsTrack project progress, flag risks, and support issue resolutionEnsure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelinesPrepare briefs, meeting agendas, and status reportsSupport budget tracking and purchase orders when neededOrganize assets, approvals, and documentationAssist with post-campaign reviews and performance reporting
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldExcellent Communication skills1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or similar rolesStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with project management toolsAttention to detail and problem-solving mindsetKPIs & Success Metrics
