Staff Nurse NSC - Primary Care Local Card

The American Hospital Dubai is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse for Primary Care to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This position provides direct patient care and coordinates patient care-related activities using the scientific process of nursing, serving paediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. As a Staff Nurse in our Primary Care department, you will be responsible for delivering age-specific patient-centered care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence. Key responsibilities include performing thorough patient assessments, developing and revising individualized care plans, ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining clinical competency, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to our commitment to Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) standards and help maintain a safe, efficient healthcare environment.
