We are seeking a passionate and qualified Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on young learners. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and social development of students with special needs in an elementary school setting. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and effective learning environment that promotes inclusion and success for all students. Key responsibilities include providing one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs, implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), assisting teachers in adapting curriculum and instruction, fostering positive social interactions and emotional well-being, tracking student progress through data collection, and maintaining effective communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
