About the role
I. Offline Strategy & Execution Leadership
Bring the brand to life through creative and impactful offline marketing strategies from annual plans to quarterly activations that inspire customers and drive business results.
Lead the planning and execution of events, BTL campaigns, and physical advertising that strengthen brand awareness and directly support sales performance.
Manage and optimize the offline marketing budget to ensure every campaign delivers measurable value and a strong return on investment.
Track performance through key success metrics from lead quality and engagement to conversion impact and translate insights into continuous improvement.
II. Team & Production Excellence
Lead a passionate marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration across every project.
Manage the full marketing production cycle from concept to delivery ensuring every piece of communication reflects the brand’s image and quality standards.
Oversee design, printing, and logistics processes with precision, guaranteeing that every output is error-free, visually consistent, and aligned with the brand’s corporate identity.
Act as the brand’s guardian, ensuring that every visual, message, and experience consistently reflects the company’s design and communication standards.
Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional results under fast-paced and high-impact conditions.
III. Brand & Market Activation
Create memorable brand experiences through targeted BTL and experiential campaigns that engage customers, partners, and communities.
Drive impactful in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and local marketing programs that elevate the customer journey and boost sales performance.
Lead brand presence in exhibitions, trade shows, and community events, ensuring a consistent, premium, and engaging brand experience.
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to turn marketing strategies into tangib
