Sales Associate, Arabic Speaking
About the role
Datahash is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive our growth across the Middle East. As an Arabic-speaking professional, you will be at the forefront of expanding our presence in this key region, managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals—while conducting product demonstrations in both Arabic and English. Your responsibilities will include identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, and providing valuable feedback to help shape our product strategy.
You'll also contribute to our regional go-to-market initiatives, helping to localize messaging and campaigns for the Middle Eastern market. This position offers the chance to grow into a leadership role as we expand our footprint in the region.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years in sales, account management, or customer success (SaaS, MarTech, or Digital Ads background preferred)
- Fluent Arabic (native-level) – mandatory
- Strong command of English – required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of digital advertising, analytics, and MarTech is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
