Zeal Group, an award-winning FinTech organization established in 2017, is seeking a Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a rapidly growing company with over 700 employees globally and offices spanning Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America, we are passionate about innovative technology, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with potential clients and partners interested in trading multi-asset products including Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies. You will identify and target Money Managers and Introducing Brokers (IBs) across the UAE and MENA region, organically building a book of business through strategic networking and relationship management.
Key responsibilities include onboarding IBs and helping them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues; determining customer trading needs and preparing customized service proposals; cross-selling retail clients who meet IB thresholds; staying current on market trends in FX, commodities, stocks, and indices; and providing expert advice on trading strategies, options, and risk management. You will also attend industry events to source potential clients and maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
What we're looking for
- B.Sc. Degree from any discipline
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales within financial services
- Native or fluent Arabic language proficiency
- Proven experience building relationships with potential clients and partners in financial markets
- Strong knowledge of multi-asset trading products (Gold, Oil, FX, Cryptocurrencies)
- Experience onboarding and developing Introducing Brokers (IBs)
- Excellent understanding of trading strategies, options, and risk management
- Ability to explain complex industry terms and trading practices to clients
- CRM system proficiency
- Strong sales presentation and proposal development skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
