About the role
TP, a global digital business services company, is seeking a Bilingual Technology Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team. As part of our mission to deliver advanced, digitally powered business services to world-class brands, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining operations and enhancing customer experiences across the MENA region.
In this position, you'll serve as the frontline technical support for our clients, providing first-level assistance for high-speed internet services and related technical issues. You'll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where you'll interact with diverse customers daily, troubleshooting connectivity problems, resolving device-specific issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. What we're looking for
- Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to provide first-level technical support for internet services
- Experience troubleshooting connectivity and device performance issues
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced customer-facing environments
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
