Home Care Nurse (Neurological Patient)

Employment Type Full-Time (Shift-Based) Location Kuwait (Private Residence) Shifts Available 12-hour shifts (day/night rotation) 8-hour shifts (3 nurses’ rotation) Role Summary We are hiring experienced nurses to provide continuous care for a post-stroke patient with high dependency needs, under supervision of a medical doctor. Patient Care Assist with feeding, hygiene, and daily activities Support mobility and safe positioning Prevent bed sores through regular repositioning Medication Administration Administer medications as prescribed Monitor and report any reactions Monitoring Check and record vital signs regularly Observe neurological condition and report changes Emergency Awareness Recognize early signs of stroke, seizures, or breathing difficulty Act quickly and inform supervising doctor Hygiene & Safety Maintain clean and safe environment Follow infection control standards Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) Experience in ICU, stroke care, or rehabilitation preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Female preferred English required Preferred Skills Home-care experience Experience with high-dependency patients Good communication and observation skills Working Conditions Shift-based work (24/7 coverage) Competitive salary based on experience
