HSE ENGINEER - HIGH RISE PROJECTS

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and management systems Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company standards Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Perform regular inspections, audits, and safety assessments Monitor workplace activities to ensure safe practices are followed Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions Conduct safety training, inductions, and awareness programs Promote use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, emissions, and pollution control Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in HSE roles across relevant industries Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation Familiarity with HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
