HSE ENGINEER - BUILDING PROJECTS

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analysis (JSA) Monitor workplace activities to ensure adherence to safety procedures Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions Conduct regular safety inspections and audits Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders when required Promote a proactive safety culture within the organization Ensure proper waste management and environmental protection practices Support emergency preparedness and response planning Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles (industry-specific if needed) Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation Excellent communication and training skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
