We’re Hiring: Technical Manager – Precast & Ready-Mix Concrete We are looking for an experienced and dynamic \*\Technical Manager\\ to join our team and lead the technical operations for precast and ready-mix concrete. 🔹 \\Key Responsibilities:\\ Oversee mix design preparation and ensure compliance with international standardsManage laboratory operations and quality control processesMaintain plant databases and oversee material suppliersProvide technical support to customers, sales, and operations teamsPrepare regular management reportsLead the Technical Department and ensure full compliance with Quality Management SystemsSupport consulting engineers and contractors in technical specifications and dispute resolution 🔹 \\Requirements:\\* Minimum 10 years of experience in precast and ready-mix concrete operationsStrong background in quality standards (European & American)Degree in a relevant field with concrete technology qualificationsMembership in a recognized engineering or concrete body is a plusStrong analytical skills with high proficiency in ExcelExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience in the GCC region is preferred 🌟 If you are a results-driven professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills, we would love t
