Intensive Care Nurse

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intensive Care Nurse based in Doha, Qatar. The Intensive Care Nurse will provide specialized and compassionate care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, collaborating with medical teams, and responding to emergencies. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, following treatment protocols, and working closely with patients’ families to provide necessary support and education. Qualifications Expertise in Nursing and Emergency Nursing to manage patient care in critical conditions Proficiency in Critical Care Nursing and Critical Care Medicine to support patients in the ICU environment Strong foundation in general Medicine to efficiently collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Demonstrated emotional resilience, attention to detail, and decision-making skills in high-pressure scenarios Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and relevant certifications in critical care or emergency nursing Previous ICU or emergency room experience is highly beneficial Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and teamwork
