Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Fit out Projects/ Internal Decoration professional to join our team in Jeddah, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality fit out projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple fit out projects simultaneously, from conception to completion. Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Oversee all aspects of the design process, including space planning, material selection, and furniture procurement. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and design vision is achieved. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Manage project budgets and ensure timely completion within allocated funds. Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, and incorporate them into project designs. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in fit out projects and interior decoration, preferably in a senior or lead role. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent knowledge of design principles, space planning, and material selection
