PGCE/QTS is a must. Have at least two years’ teaching experience Are experienced in the UK National Curriculum (or equivalent) Are skilled in differentiating for diverse learners (including EAL and SEND) Are reflective, collaborative, and committed to professional growth Demonstrate strong pastoral care and safeguarding awareness Experience in UK independent schools, IPC, or Apple-based learning environments is an advantage.
