About the role
A Marketing Executive is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. This role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through all online channels with the goal of presenting the hotel at its best image and strengthening the brand equity in market. As Marketing Executive is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. This role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through all online channels with the goal of presenting the hotel at its best image and strengthening the brand equity in market. Specifically, a Marketing Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assists in creating promotions campaign for food & beverage, Weddings, spa, rooms and conferences
- Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) on social media channels and responds accordingly
- Assist in creating social media relevant content for social media posting purposes, that includes and not limited to live event coverage and stories
- Manage content calendar and grid with agency
- Build hotel website content and its local language sites as well as provide continuous audit and update
- Responsible for OTAs and Metasearch content build out, optimization opportunities along with its related affiliate marketing programs and provides recommendations on best performance ads and competitor insights
- In charge of e-newsletter creation, dispatch and growth of customer database
- In charge of e-proposal, pre-arrival design and execution as per the company’s guideline
- Monitor web analytics, OTA insight reports and internal data sources
- Assist the relevant departments to achieve the revenue targets and related tasks set by the hotel via e-commerce solid tactics
