About the role

A Marketing Executive is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. This role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through all online channels with the goal of presenting the hotel at its best image and strengthening the brand equity in market. Specifically, a Marketing Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: What will I be doing? As Marketing Executive is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. This role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through all online channels with the goal of presenting the hotel at its best image and strengthening the brand equity in market. Specifically, a Marketing Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: - Assists in creating promotions campaign for food & beverage, Weddings, spa, rooms and conferences - Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) on social media channels and responds accordingly - Assist in creating social media relevant content for social media posting purposes, that includes and not limited to live event coverage and stories - Manage content calendar and grid with agency - Build hotel website content and its local language sites as well as provide continuous audit and update - Responsible for OTAs and Metasearch content build out, optimization opportunities along with its related affiliate marketing programs and provides recommendations on best performance ads and competitor insights - In charge of e-newsletter creation, dispatch and growth of customer database - In charge of e-proposal, pre-arrival design and execution as per the company’s guideline - Monitor web analytics, OTA insight reports and internal data sources - Assist the relevant departments to achieve the revenue targets and related tasks set by the hotel via e-commerce solid tactics - Maintain c
