The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to own and lead our digital growth engine. This is a senior, high-impact role for a seasoned professional who understands how digital strategy translates into pipeline, revenue, and measurable performance. You will set the digital direction, manage agencies and vendors, and ensure all digital channels perform efficiently at scale. While this role is leadership-focused, hands-on experience is required—you understand performance because you have executed it yourself. Core Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Leadership Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned to growth, lead volume, and efficiency Serve as the senior digital authority for executive leadership Manage and hold agencies and vendors accountable to performance, timelines, and budgets Hands-On Strategy, Oversight & Execution You will directly own strategy, performance oversight, and execution standards for: Google Local Services Ads (LSA) Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing website content, structure, and technical performance to improve organic visibility and rankings in search engines such as Google and Bing Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Managing paid search advertising through platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions PPC Campaigns: Paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting YouTube Advertising: Strategy, targeting, creative direction, and performance optimization Video Content (Organic & Paid): Short‑form, long‑form, and campaign‑driven video Media Direction: Supervising videographers, editors, and creative partners to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment Additional Channel Ownership
Website: Conversion strategy, UX, testing, and performance optimization Email Marketing: Campaign strategy, automation, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing Analytics & Reporting: Executive-level reporting on lead volume, cost per acquisition (CPA), ROI, and channel perfo
